Whether your company has a social responsibility policy or you simply want to help a very special city to celebrate a special birthday in style, 2008 gives you the opportunity to help Milton Keynes not just to let its hair down but also to put itself well and truly on the party map.
We want the party to be truly out of the ordinary - but we know that we will need financial support from the local community to make sure that the city gets the celebration that it deserves.
Milton Keynes Consortium is therefore seeking sponsors to support its work in organising a huge free party for the city on 11th, 12th and 13th July 2008 in Campbell Park.
The Consortium will work hard to put together the best possible array of events to make sure that there really is something for everyone - and we will also make sure that every penny of sponsorship works as hard as possible in helping to organise the celebrations.
Any surplus funds left over at the end of 2008 will also be used to create a fund that will be channelled back to deserving causes in the city.
Naturally, we'll publicly acknowledge your support. As well as adding your name to the list of sponsors on this website, full list of sponsors will be included with all press releases.
And to thank you for making a lasting contribution to a special city, we'll also offer a special thank you. We'll add your name to the Wall of Fame - a marble plaque in the city centre listing all contributors - that we plan to create as part of the year's activities. |
